No wax found? Reduced fee - If no wax is found during your Ear Wax Removal, the fee is reduced to £20 for an Ear Health Check.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
We aim to make your visit easy, safe, and comfortable:
1. We’ll start by discussing your ear health history and any symptoms.
2. We’ll explain the process clearly and get your consent before starting.
3. A specialist scope will be used to examine your ears (otoscopy).
4. If wax is present, we’ll safely remove it - most clients leave with clear ears after one session.
If any wax remains after your first visit, we’ll happily arrange a follow-up appointment at no extra cost.
5. If no wax is found, we’ll offer advice, discuss any issues, and arrange referrals if needed.
6. You’ll receive tailored aftercare tips to keep your ears healthy.​

Preparing for Your Appointment - Ear Drops
To make wax removal comfortable and effective, we recommend softening the wax for 3 days before your appointment using olive oil drops or spray twice a day.
​
Important: Do not use ear drops if you have a perforated eardrum, have had mastoid or recent ear surgery, an ear injury, or an ear infection.
If you’re unsure, please contact us for advice before using any drops.
